About Our Trainers
Stacey Alexander
Trainer Since: Jan. 1, 2010
Specialty: Owner/Personal Trainer
My name is Stacey Alexander and I’m a proud native of Las Vegas, Nevada. I am the owner of A-TeamTraining Center and founder of KickFit, a unique form of cardio kickboxing and strength training that I created in 2006 by combining my passions for fitness and music. I try to excel in all things endeavors I am involved in. As a fitness model, IFBB Bikini Pro, Certified Personal Trainer with both ISSA + Crossfit, CPR, Sports Nutrition, Turbo Kick and Certified Group Fitness instructor, I am able to bring a diverse, full body workout and diet regimen to meet any clients needs and experience level. I am committed to helping every one meet their fitness goals! I just do it with energy, motivation, discipline and love! I truly care about my clients and I make sure they feel it and know it. The clients themselves are the only ones who can make the decisions to start on the path to achieve their fitness and health goals. Once they have decided to put in the work, I’ll stick with them every step of the way to help them get there. In July 2010, I decided to compete in my 1st NPC Bikini show in Culver City, a Jon Lindsay show. I ended up taking home the 1st place trophy! At the time I had no idea how rare it is for someone to win as I did, but either way it hit me... "Maybe I should keep going with this?" I haven't looked back since. It was so exciting to have won, and I knew this was the sport I wanted to compete in! Recently, I competed at the largest NPC show to date at The Miami Nationals and I was lucky enough to earn my Pro Card in the Bikini division. I am now an IFBB Bikini Pro! Preparing and competing in shows requires a lot of time, energy, and preparation, so I know how challenging it can be for many of my clients who are following that same path. But, I know how great it feels to come in first and the feeling of being named #1, and they deserve to experience those feelings. I want to help them get there! I am excited about what the future brings, and the shift to live a better/healthier life. A healthy fitness routine has the ability to unlock the confidence and power within people’s heart, mind, body and soul, and it has brought exceptional joy to my life. I hope to be able to share that with everyone.

Shaila Rose Bledsoe
Every since I was 7 years old, I’ve been fascinated with physical fitness. I can remember getting up on the family room floor of my grandparents’ home, and with my fun-loving grandmother, doing whatever workout was on television at the time. Those moments with her are some of favorite times and I still carry the love of physical fitness today. Whether it’s kickboxing, weights, yoga or a beautiful run/walk around the neighborhood with my husband and little ones, I thoroughly enjoy the physical, mental and spiritual vitality exercise gives me.
Now, I’m looking to share my passion and love of a great workout with others. I am excited about teaching newbies in a group setting and showing how much fun you have while doing an awesome workout. I’m also excited about challenging those already conditioned to exercise and assisting them in finding new ways to move around and keep their bodies guessing. Just releasing your mind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, moving your body to great music and having a carefree time while getting your body in gear does wonders for your general health and longevity.
I am AFAA certified in group fitness and have training in kids’ yoga through Shana Meyerson’s Mini Yogis of Los Angeles. I am looking to expand upon my knowledge of other forms of exercise and cannot wait to share my learning with others. There’s so much out there to learn and I welcome the opportunity to continue my enlightenment through training and also learning from my students.

Andrea Dusel-Foil
Trainer Since: Nov. 1, 2012
Specialty: Yoga
My name is Andrea Dusel-Foil, and I have been here at A-Team since May of 2012. I grew up as a ballet dancer in Casper, Wyoming. Once I graduated high school, I attended college at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and trained with North Carolina Dance Theatre. From there I moved to Annapolis, MD where I performed with Ballet Theatre of Maryland, then up to New York where I completed more training at The Ailey School and performed with MCG Dance. As my rehearsal and performance schedule became more and more demanding, I realized the necessity for cross-training, and began studying Pilates. In 2010, I moved to Las Vegas to dance with Ballet Mink and the Coppola Rhythm Ensemble. At this time I also became a certified DKBBM Pilates instructor. The Pilates Method allows for long lean muscle to develop while working toward a strong core and symmetry in the body. It also helps to create a strong mind, body connection that will aid in any other type of training and physical activity. In 2012, I also became a certified Ashtanga Yoga instructor. I find that a wide range of physical activities and training yield wonderful results that can help in many areas of life. I am here to help anyone and everyone who is interested.
Law & Order
You, the member(s), are represented by two separate but equally important virtues… Veritas: Truthfulness and Aequitas: Equity
Clean Facility:
- Re-rack all weights even if you didn’t use them.
The location you should put them is where they
should go, not where is easiest.
- Leave the gym in better condition than it was found.
- The Elements: Don’t track rain, dirt or mud onto the gym
floor unless you plan on cleaning it up.
- Keep the chalk in the chalk buckets or on your hands!
Your mental Placement—“Attitude”:
- Come to train, not “workout.”
- Leave your personal drama at home.
- Check your ego at the door.
- No excuses. Train like a champ.
- There is no crying in A-Team Training Center, if it
were easy everyone would do it. That’s what makes it great.
- No “snitting” (Intentionally or unintentionally
miscounting reps during a workout.)
- Help others be better than you. (Hint: Think golden rule.)
Personal Hygiene:
- Wash yourself.
- Use deodorant.
- Wear clean clothes (not stinky ones!).
- Don’t spit in the gym. (The penalty is death.)
- If you puke, you clean.
- Don’t make a mess in the bathrooms.
- If you’re contagious, stay home!
Respect
- Be on time.
- Respect the gym and its equipment.
- Respect others.
- No excessive use of profanity. (Please note, however,
that we are not G-rated.)
- In the gym, we are all equal.
